I'm from India! I had downloaded the game from Google Playstore! No idea what 3rd party software they talking about!

i downloaded the pc version game from kabam official sites but don't know why got TOS:ban

no ban, no hacks, no modding, no mercing, no holiday in Mexico or Costa Rica. Didn't let my sibling play with my phone, didn't have a row with my family about a shared phone, didn't leave my wife for the game (or whatever that one was).

Yes I did. I don't deny it.
I remember those bans my device was broken during that event lol

And I instantly opened all 30 and used them... lol.
It was funny. That iron patriot dude who was like in tier 1 war or something got banned for 5 5* Sig stones or something.

Lol. 3 rund and more. It was same 30 sigs.
2 rund got the pass.

To anyone who’s been banned: what’s your recourse? Are you trying to work through Kabam Support? Were you given specific reasons or just general ToS violation?

Curious to see how this gets worked out if there are folks who legitimately didn’t do obvious ToS violations.

Obviously not helpful to the situation at hand for any that are innocent (if any are), but nobody will miss radiance. They extended the GC objective by an additional week, so anyone serving a one-week suspension will still have a few days to get the radiance when they have access again.

I was vacationing in Mexico and I thought Kabam would detect it, but somehow I didn't get ban. So I guess going on Vacation isn't against TOS...I love these forum I'm never did anything post. It makes my day.

No ban here… but would be helpful to have more than a generic message as to why you were banned from Kabam. Would end at least some of the questions.

I also question the wisdom of immediately suspending players who have been using an unauthorized version of the game without any other signs of cheating. Seems like some phones and regions can open you up to this infraction more easily … especially if you aren’t tech savvy. Why not a “your account will be suspended in 7 days if you don’t quit using an authorized version” warning message?

They also send out in game emails from time to time stating not to do the tos violation so really there is no i didnt know excuses

I’ve never been banned in 10 years. Not even a warning. Multiple devices, multiples OSes including now PC, multiple countries, multiple VPNs.

Yes . I was arguing that Han Solo would hate pineapple on pizza and the cook took great offensive to this so we got into a fight which spilled out in the parking lot and we ended up trashing the regional manager car so now I am banned from all Waffle Houses in Louisiana. Very unfair . But hey at least I am banned from MCOC

I downloaded the game from apkmirror page and I have been downloading it this way for more than 5 years and I make an installation focused on fps as armeabi v7a, i.e. 32 bit. In addition, I generally use an Android system that is free of all applications belonging to Google. This is the reason I was banned

First of all, is it possible for an experienced company like Kabam not to know that an application downloaded from the Play Store can be installed as an apk like an update and it will still appear as if it was installed from the Play Store? Is it possible that it does not know that it can be downloaded from the Play Store and directly interfered with in a simple way? This issue is extremely tragicomic. Apkmirror is both the founder of Android Police and if control is ensured, it will never be a site that contains cheats related to games. Do you think Kabam will support innocent players like me who are victimized?

I don't find that fair either. You should have gotten a permanent ban instead of a temporary one for account sharing + modding. Clearly a mistake on Kabam's part but at least its fixed now and you're gone forever which is awesome!

I don't find that fair either. You should have gotten a permanent ban instead of a temporary one for account sharing + modding. Clearly a mistake on Kabam's part but at least its fixed now and you're gone forever which is awesome!

You also know that MCOC has a negative credit system right? This is how Kabam forgive those spenders who cheat.

Also curious to see how alliance seasons will get handled after the wave. Personally I don't think the ll get compensated neither in position/season cancelations,neither in extra items.

I dont even understand why they did it on a weekend when we cant even reach support to present our plea.

@willrun4adonut I have been seeing this guy personally for almost a year. And it seems he is banned. I will let someone who knows this guy to talk about authenticity. Just tagging you to let you know something wrong is happening

Yep, him and sceptorxxx (I can't remember his correct username) are the only forum regulars who have been banned that I know of, and that is the only reason why I say there might be something more to this. Thanks for the correct name @Theshadow

But yes, all the first time posters or those with extremely little history, I give no credit to. They're just like the average unfairly weekend ban posts we get.
