My acc got banned

So my acc just got banned for using a "third party software" but all i did was play on the pc ver that's on mcoc's official website even my alt that i dont play in i just use it to chat got banned too for that "third party software" thing.Kabam fix this asap a lot of players have been complaining as well and i think the people that got banned need a compensation.

Apparently my other acc got banned earlier than my main for some reason even tho i dont play on that one it still got banned.

I haven't done anything bad, I don't use hacks or mods I just play the game normally I hope my account is safe I don't wanna restart again it took me hard work and effort.

I'm in the same situation, I haven't logged in since Thursday and today when I tried I was banned, I've never used third-party software

Nvm i saw some forum posts and ik why i got banned now.I downloaded the game from uptodown and thats why i was banned im sure

Hello,
I just received a 7-day suspension [CS:8] for alleged use of unauthorized third-party software.
I want to clarify that I have not used any mods, bots, scripts, or emulators.

The only programs open during my gameplay were MSI Afterburner and AMD Adrenalin, both official tools for GPU monitoring and performance. I believe this could be a false positive triggered by overlays or background monitoring.

Please, could you review my case? I’ve always played fairly.

Did yall download the game from play store or appstore? If you downloaded from a website they ban you.I downloaded from a website because play store wasnt letting me download the game and other apps too.I hope kabam will give a compensation for this i just lost 15k radiance thanks to their stupid ban system im sure my ally will kick me out i just hope they dont.

I downloaded more then one year from the google store and I have the same problem. I am baned for 7 day. I don't used any software. I am playing with the game 9 year, and I never used any cheats or software. And allways downloaded my game from the app store.

Damn i dont know why that happened then they should give a compensation to the players that didnt cheat because this is just messed up banning people for no reason is crazy they should ban people by seeing if their damage is higher than it should be thats what they should stick to not this stupid ban system they have right now.
