Maybe Google translate failed you miserably here (it did), but here's my TLDR of this...
"I cheated, I downloaded the game through unapproved means, and now I want compensation for getting caught."
No.
Dear player, I have written out everything I think about the game and its politics. I also wrote that I never used cheats and other third party programs, and for 6-7 years, I used only the ORIGINAL VERSION and updated ONLY via google play. If you think it's funny when a person **** up 6-7 YEARS of his life in this and then finds out that he was suspended from the game due to a complete lack of incompetence on the part of the developers, then I have bad news for you.
There's an aspect being left out. More companies are mdm-ing/checking for jailbroken environments. You can have a legit app but if it's running on a jailbroken device, maybe someone decides that's a bridge too far now.
Again, wild speculation.
but then, what you do with the phone is up to you and not a game's company unless you are jailbreaking it to cheat and hack the game.
What I do with my clothes is up to me, but if a restaurant says tie, jacket and shoes (not sneakers) nothing you can do.
it's not quite the same analogy, if i were to put it in terms of cloth it'd be more like. having a recommendation of the color to wear for a party but the best you have is a whole different color, you won't get kicked but you would look like the odd one out

If Kabam investigate any ban to be wrongful, Kabam should reverse the ban immediately and compensate those players
In the past, when bans have turned out to be mistaken Kabam has reversed the ban. I have also heard of players getting compensation for such errors, although it is hard to say whether that always happens because it is an extremely rare occurrence. But anyone who thinks they were banned in error should still open a support ticket, because they do investigate those reports and you have nothing to lose.
Chinese players don't have access to Google Play at all, why 90% of them can still play on Android but 10% got banned? If this is illegitimate, why Kabam even allow Chinese players to login from Android device? The system is simply faulty.
They have access to Apple, which is allowed to the best of my knowledge.
So you are saying Kabam should ban all Android players in China? I don't think Kabam want to do that IMO
I'm not telling Kabam to do anything. What I'm saying is, from a logistic standpoint, anyone who doesn't use the approved methods of installation and game play is violating ToS and is subject to action. Legally, that's just how it is.
So you agree Kabam can't afford to do this, if Kabam can't do it (li
I care about the game, and I sympathize with the people affected. What I won't do is abandon logic.
You want logic? Everyone knows that more cheaters showed up after PC version was release, then Kabam decided to ban Android players, tell me where is the logic.
They literally explained it. Since they have new methods of detection, they've been able to detect more. Also, Kabam didn't decide to ban Android Players. China decided to ban Google Play, 15 years ago. Any other methods aren't supported, likely for a number of reasons. The first and most obvious is the game isn't designed to be optimized through those ways. Secondly, they've had a long-standing partnership with Google. If Chinese Players have an issue with Android being prohibited, they need to take it up with their local government. Not Kabam.
Nah. This is on kabam in regards to not providing a demographic an official alternative.
I fully understand the logic of not allowing unofficial mcoc APK installs. So, why not allow for the APK to be downloaded directly from MCOC's website the same way the launcher for PC is available despite the obvious plans to also release through steam? Provide the Chinese community or any other community that has no say whatsoever in the restrictions their governments impose upon them in regards to access to the play store or other official channels and just offer it directly... Preferably before unilaterally deciding that these people are cheating.
I agree here. What should have happened was: 1. A blanket message sent in game to warn people that this was coming. 2. A legitimate APK to download
I think this can’t happen because Kabam probably isn’t verifying the checksum of the game on startup. If they aren’t it’s completely unacceptable.
I am way more familiar with the situation with iOS than Android so I don't know all of the politics involved here, but one problem I am aware of is the fact that you would have to instruct players to enable installation from unknown sources if you do not distribute via the Google Play store (and thus have signed APKs from them). There is a substantial liability issue that would potentially accrue to Kabam if they were to officially recommend that option or state that it was an officially supported way to play the game, and from past experience I believe it is safe to say Kabam's legal department is very risk averse. Even if the developers wanted to support that as an option, I'm skeptical corporate would allow them to do it.
As to the blanket message, they've sent such messages repeatedly in in-game mail warning people not to use unauthorized software and to only download the game from authorized sources. The problem is not that the messages were ambiguous, it is that most people were not reading them at all. Every time I say this, people claim to have never even received such messages ever.

They have been silent on this one for 3 days already,i don't think they will do anything about this anymore.

I don’t think there’s anything more they need to say Is there? They believe all the bans are legit and if someone doesnt think so they need to put in a ticket. If enough of those tickets produces any significant amount of users banned in error then they may say something new

No, the problem was not that we didn't read the messages because we did. The problem is that we had the game from authorized source yet we got banned anyway. Ps. Yes, i have submited a ticket and apart from auto response which haven't explained anything I have nothing

I put three tickets, three different days. Got the same copy paste response. They ain't doing shi with this one. so no point of sending out support request. Not saying the ban wave wasn't legit. But atleast unlike previous ban waves this one is messed up,there are lot of people complaining they got banned for no reason. Yeah maybe not everyone is honest. But its safe to say 1000 out of 10k might be telling the truth

They haven't been silent.
They are tbh,no response from them if they even reviewd those accounts again or not. They are not even mentioning anything related to this.

They said they were reviewing these cases. I don't expect them to respond to every comment with details.

Couls you let the players know how to submit a ticket, since they can't do ingame.
Я скачал игру с помощью getapps там было написано это официально, неужели если проверить не будет видно что не было использовано никаких сторонних программ ?

Which is another giant misstep on their part. Why did they do it on a Friday??? Should've started small and should've started on a Monday.
but I didn't know, first they banned me and then they said that an official source was needed, it's very offensive
You agreed to the terms and conditions when you made your account. They're simply enforcing the rules you agreed and failed to follow. It stinks, but it protects the integrity of the game.
I see that even though I have reported hundreds of accounts in the game and sent them SS images, they are still playing the game. Many players like me have had their accounts suspended even though we did not violate any rules. It would be a sucker to fix this problem as soon as possible.

I am one of the players that received a 7 day suspension. I have only ever installed MCOC from the (actual) Google Play Store and on PC. I have never modded the game or used a game accelerator (which I'm seeing many people talk about here). I am a typical user in the U.S. I submitted a ticket and got the form letter. I was waiting for another response, but nothing yet.
Just a few minutes ago, I tried loading the app again and my account appears to have been reinstated (I got to the forum through the MCOC app) and suspension lifted. Hope for some others that are not up to no good, perhaps?
To any Kabam devs out there, would it make sense for me to totally uninstall the game and re-install it, just to be on the safe side in case the anti-cheat nukes me again? I don't want to experience another undeserved suspension.

Apple Games App, and iOS redesign (Liquid Glass) look to homescreen layout, along with version # renaming to match the Year.

Was wondering if we could trouble you on an official response on this matter. As it definitely doesn't seem to be clear cutted.
As right now it is just players speculations, assumptions or just abusive.
