I'm really confused for a new rank 3 between duped elsa and unduped bullseye.
Who should I go for?

    Bullseye can be a nightmare on defence. But, i find elsa to be very useful. However, i also have elsa at r2, and i believe it's enough for her at the time being. She can even take down most of the r4s.

    Bullseye easily, better at everything in the game and like Rayven said, its not even close

    Definitely bullseye. Phenomenal defender (especially in this bg meta) and he’s solid on attack too. MSD made a great video about him if you want to check out some attack gameplay.

    Bullseye dual threat and has loads of utility. Also his relic is coming out at some point and it’s sure to make him an even better attacker than he already is

    I mean besides dot and her evade thing, what does she do?
    Admittedly I haven't used her in ages so I don't remember much about her besides those things.
    She does get that coldsnap instead of incinerate if you end a combo different or something doesn't she?

    Hard to say who's the overall better questing only champ, but overall I'm going bullseye because not only can he counter evade, he counters miss as well, also has his own evade built in too.

    To be honest I don't really use either of them for questing much, but I used Elsa for Ares and she was great, so she has a place in my heart for that...

    Bullseye is a much better questing champ too. He counters evade, miss, crit me with your best shot, and has great damage via red and yellow numbers. He deals with so many annoying defender abilities while Elsa has incinerate…and precision. Which bullseye doesn’t need cause he crits every hit
