Kabam, did they drop the ball again????

So this wheel of fate.. ok it's hard, but it's not hard in a good way.. another grindy unit/revive fest.. the rewards are virtually the same as the Ordeal which was fun and engaging. And you guys lied to us about the selector, it literally says in the stream "you'll be able to select of the 12 bosses you encounter" yet no torch, dust or Thor... Epoch was great imo, managed to clear it within a week. But this, I spent sooooooo long trying to get an intercept out of lady d, the ai in these fights have also been terrible with holding specials and turtling up.. crucible was amazing, epoch was great, ordeal was decent.. this is terrible, and I have every option for each fight r2-r3 and some R4.. what's others initial thoughts?

Epoch of pain and ordeal were peak everest content and it went downhill from there. Hopefully they do better next time...

Agreed... But the mcoc god father seatin himself has also posted, saying it's the worst content too 😂😂... I was soooooooo looking forward to this.. yeah necropolis was also great

I've only tried the first two fights so far, but I like the general setup of the quest. I initially thought that the "2024" would be for the entire quest which made me really worries, but seeing that there were different pools for all fights was a nice surprise. That means you're not at risk of screwing yourself over if you didn't fill out a big spreadsheet before selecting your first champion.

That being said, I do wish that all difficulties had been available from the start. The rewards in the first quest aren't all that enticing to me so having to burn my current revive stash on that quest in order to open up the second, which has decent rewards, and only then get to the third one which has the rewards I'm looking for, is just not fun. I'm sure I'll have fun doing the quest the first time around but I still wish I could just hop straight to the challenge and the rewards that I want.

As for the selector, I too got tricked into thinking we could pick up Human Torch (or Thor Rags) from it and was disappointed to hear that we couldn't. It's such a weird situation. It would have been so easy to just pick two other defenders who could be a part of the selector. It's not like Human Torch or Thor Rags are these epic defenders that would have been sorely missed if they weren't in this type of quest.

apart from Banquet and HOF, I felt like they were doing great.. loved crucible it was incredible, I loved necro, loved epoch especially the boss, which they said would be a recurring theme but here we have thanos which I don't mind.. but this is dreadful and they seem to lie to us alot recently or certainly mislead us going back to banquets crystal hype (alot of thronebreakers with R3s)
Just really disappointed in how this games run atm
