That's not the most generous compensation in history. Tell me, how would you feel if you were banned? How would you feel if you were banned and did nothing wrong? Then you dealt with a bunch of people who didn't believe you, and the hopeless feeling of knowing scarce cases are overturned?
They're compensating for the mistake on their end that they've rectified. Not for all the ongoing issues in the game that they haven't been able to fix. Your hard feelings on this are misplaced if it's not jealousy. These people lost their Accounts through no fault of their own. Kabam was generous as an apology. That's the end of the subject.

If you want something more recent, how about the current dropped input, light intercepts, and ai issues that kabam has acknowledged but we have yet to receive a single shard as compensation for issues that have existed for months.

Right? The amount of work I'd have to do for 30,000 Radiance is SO much more than not being able to play the game for a week. It's insane.
Remember, the compensation package is not just a way to mitigate lost rewards. False positive bans happened during a large ban wave where the narrative was those people were doing something wrong, and it was visible enough that a lot of people had that Scarlet Letter pinned to them.
Sure this would be true IF those account get a permanent, unremovable indicator they were banned at one point but in a couple of weeks there will be absolutely no way to tell who or who wasn’t inappropriately banned. And thereby this players got a great compensation package for a week off the game and being removed from their alliance (in some case temporarily and I’m sure now that there’s more detail they can go back).

This compensation package is the most insane thing kabam has ever given out. $150 worth of units plus achieving ALL the “strech” objectives, for the “most valuable” game currency of hitting 200 points in GC within 2 weeks (which they also f’d up the seasons staring ranks and gave no radiance nor units comp) plus a half week of aq glory and aw loyalty (that was likely double dipped). I’m just blown away at how kabam gave away a non-insignificant amount of the two most valuable for their mess up (I will censor myself so this most doesn’t get removed)

It's up to their discretion how much they compensate, but part of compensation is about making up what they missed out on, and sometimes it's about making a good faith gesture for the stress. These people were accused of something and banned. That's stressful. If Kabam added extra to make up for it, good on them. I don't think we need our hand in everyone else's cookie jar all the time.

Right? The amount of work I'd have to do for 30,000 Radiance is SO much more than not being able to play the game for a week. It's insane.
Remember, the compensation package is not just a way to mitigate lost rewards. False positive bans happened during a large ban wave where the narrative was those people were doing something wrong, and it was visible enough that a lot of people had that Scarlet Letter pinned to them.
Sure this would be true IF those account get a permanent, unremovable indicator they were banned at one point but in a couple of weeks there will be absolutely no way to tell who or who wasn’t inappropriately banned. And thereby this players got a great compensation package for a week off the game and being removed from their alliance (in some case temporarily and I’m sure now that there’s more detail they can go back).

This compensation package is the most insane thing kabam has ever given out. $150 worth of units plus achieving ALL the “strech” objectives, for the “most valuable” game currency of hitting 200 points in GC within 2 weeks (which they also f’d up the seasons staring ranks and gave no radiance nor units comp) plus a half week of aq glory and aw loyalty (that was likely double dipped). I’m just blown away at how kabam gave away a non-insignificant amount of the two most valuable for their mess up (I will censor myself so this most doesn’t get removed)

It's up to their discretion how much they compensate, but part of compensation is about making up what they missed out on, and sometimes it's about making a good faith gesture for the stress. These people were accused of something and banned. That's stressful. If Kabam added extra to make up for it, good on them. I don't think we need our hand in everyone else's cookie jar all the time.
You’re flat out wrong. 10k account got banned, let’s even assume 80% (which is EXTREMELY generous) were false positives, that means that 8k people got a week off from the game, the best compensation package in history (this can’t be argued), and NOTHING will be remember or her able to be tracked within a month(at most).
