So is WOF getting updated or nah?

Increase champion pool a lot, increase rewards on the 1st quest specifically and maybe reduce the length of the tedious fight. Compensate all players who have completed it before the change by sending them the updated rewards.

Or are we just gonna leave the trash content exactly how it is and have it not be played at all until it’s forgotten content….?

Hopefully gets updated but Kabam is probably going to ignore all the complaints because they apparently blew up their rewards budget off the charts by giving away that 10x value of compensation for no reason.

I highly doubt WoF will change now that it has been released. I expect next time it will be better. That's the typically how things work with endgame content

The quest actually gets easier once you reach the third one. Makes no sense why the first quest is the hardest and has the worst rewards while the 3rd quest is the easiest and has the best rewards.

Have you talked to "most endgamers"? Most of the people who are complaining here on the forums about it aren't endgame players. How many is "most" that you've personally talked to?

I didn’t think it was too hard but I came out of quest 3 feeling like I got nothing. There isn’t t3 alpha or t6 basic so I can’t even rank up anyone with the other catalysts you gave (probably not the smartest idea). The nexus crystals for me and most people who can do it are pointless. Even the awakening gem will just sit in my inventory as there is no one to use it on. Just felt like a huge waste of time for the rewards given. I mean if I was one who got banned I would have just gotten better rewards and it would have cost me absolutely nothing.

I don’t care about the content. I care about being lied to, okay fine Mike made a mistake or whoever wrote the script did, we all make mistakes, I don’t appreciate the fact that they had 5 DAYS to inform the player base it would be a selector of 10 champions, NOT the advertised 12.

Stop lying to us and accept the fact you were in the wrong here, and something should be compensated for the false advertisement! As people spent units and revives on content expecting to get Human Torch or Thor Rags, and they were hit with a selector without them. Do better!

Glad to hear that you read all feedback. I am in the group who completed the content in 2 days and found it to be enjoyable. Sure some fights are tough, but hey it was meant to be harder than previous content.

My only complaint is the rewards not including rank up resources other than rank 4 resources and some sig stones ( which I believe everyone needs a lot of ). Even EPOCH had a rank 2 gem and 50 sig stones for every path.

( For WOF I had to rank up some champs which were needed for some specific fights and it really drained the already low amount of t6b and t3a and some 1-2 gems I had after titan opening and rankups. )

I don't expect an answer for the following question but if you could can you give an idea about why the rewards for WOF didn't include these as well?

The lack of sigs and refined XP is also a huge miss. Way less rewards than Epoch, way more annoying, infinitely more boring. Way more math that ain't mathin.

This is a difficult one to answer - one thing to remember is that Epoch was the conclusion of a year+ long saga.
I agree that some more Signature Stones and T6B/T3A would have been nice.
There was a lot of T6CC / T4A on top of the three Tier 7 Basic, along with all the crystals and the awakening gem in there.

I've seen the feedback that the rewards could have been more evenly distributed, and that sentiment has been passed along to the team for the future.

The quest is still gonna be outdated in a few months and there won’t be any reason for anyone to play it only for the rewards… if it’s meant to be content that holds value over a long time… it’s the opposite of that. If it already unenjoyable content, with the rewards being the only reason to want to play it. It’s 100% more than forgotten in a few months easily.

It has now been stated multiple times that it was a mistake that was realized at launch time, and communicated immediately after the content was live, along with an apology.

Making rewards relevant far into the future is also something that's difficult to consistently make happen...

Maestro holds down the fort in Necropolis, but that isn't something that can be done in every quest that's released, especially as we're increasing the frequency of popping out Endgame Content.
