Yes (I think).
Is this the problem with Mastery Point that is bugged (have been posts here about something ever since it first was available) and people have had to individually contact Support to get them to add the Point ??

(not sure if part of the problem or not, is that the icon they use does NOT look like a mastery point, but the icon used for the old/obsolete Mastery RECOVERY item I think)

Thank you @SummonerNR have found out that you need to go to your items and use it there to unlock it in the mastery tree. Now I have it and in use
