Why are my setting changing everytime i open the game seriously i just lost a match cause of this why are there so many bugs

Which settings are making you lose matches?

Guessing that they had at some point applies the (then current) Mastery setup to be used for BG.
Then later changed their Mastery Setup, but the older setup is still being used for BG.

If so, yes. You have to re-apply your current setup to be used for BG every time you change it and want those changes to be used for BG also.

If not, maybe the person you are sharing the account with had changed whatever other settings you mean, lol. JK (unless you actually are)
