I forgot about ole Phil. Would be a really cool addition and we already have quake, abs man, and other hydra members so there’s room for synergies. I don’t see why not. Hive (ward) would also be a cool as well as Peggy Carter. Here’s a list from that series:

He'll need a new class. We have Superior class so I would recommend he be the first Inferior class champ.
