Cheaters on Mcoc BG?

Encountered this player and the person seemed to win with full HP both times in BGs. Even against enchantress. Not sure if this account is cheating?

He could have had super good ai on the enchantress fight.
Technically possible.

And yes you can end fights with 100%, I've done it many times.
Don't get hit, hit them and voila, 100% health.

Ahh I see I see. Just thought it was kinda weird that he won both times at 100% HP
