Item in Radiance store is misleading, and now I'm out 56k Radiance

So, on the Deathless selector, it says "Allows you to select a 7-Star Champion, 7-Star Deathless Piece Selector, or a Titan Nexus Crystal." I assumed that the 7* and the Titan Nexus were for people who already had all the Deathless Champs, and they were an extra reward (since there's only 5 that don't refresh). So I bought it....and it's a lie. All it let me pick between were the pieces of each Deathless Champ, or 3k 7* Shards.

Why wasn't that caught before going live? I could've used that Radiance for literally anything else and gotten more use out of it (or more 7* Shards for less). Is there anything I can do, since the description is quite clearly incorrect?

Like, at the end of the day, it's whatever. I'd like my Radiance back, but it's not like I'm going to rage if I don't. But, they REALLY need to change that, instead of misleading people.

No, it didn't even show up. When you claim the selector, it brings you to another screen asking which Deathless selector you want out of the 4. Then when you click which Champ, it brings you to ANOTHER screen that has the 5 pieces of that champ, or 3k 7* Shards. Nowhere did I even have the option for a Titan Nexus, despite the description telling me so.

I mean, yeah, I probably should've known. I just figured it was like "Since you already have all the pieces, we'll still make it worth your while" or something.

You haven't used the piece to buy a deathless champ right? Then submit a ticket they'll refund you.

He got 3k shards... but he will get the radiance back when he talks with support.

Don't use the shards either. If you open a shard crystal they probably won't be able to refund it, if they can at all.

Could tap one the preview though not saying it wrong one them with the text because it is.

That’s definitely kabam’s fault for accidentally using the WOF text on that selector, but you really should click preview to make sure before buying something. There’s no way kabam is selling a titan nexus for 20000 less radiance than the basic titan crystal.
Contact support and they should refund you.

Description seems wrong, so asking for refund is right thing to do. (and even in cases where description is right, but you just did by accident or regret, haven’t used the items, and want to return in).

But as to thinking that if you already have all the champs, that instead of buying ONE piece (of 5) for a champ, they would instead give you a whole complete champ for same cost, should have been a red flag.

3000x 7* shards, versus 1/5 of a Champ (albeit Deathless) seems comparable.
And isn't that what the “Trade in your Extra Deathless Pieces” offer was, getting about 3000x shards in return (??)

This is why you make sure you read all the screens, this popped up on the screen right before you buy the selector.

Regardless, I brought it up to Kabam so they're aware, and you can hopefully just contact support and ask for a refund on the selector.
