Who do u guys think is a better attacker defender everything in my opinion it’s scream she does everything Medusa does but better and has more utility the only thing that scream lacks is armor shatter but I’d like to see what u think.

But Medusa is easier to use.
Medusa has evade counter, auto block counter, poison immunity, fury buffs armor break and armor shatter, bleeds, stun on sp2, and more consistent damage overall than scream. Once screams rotation is done it’s done until you build back up to it. Medusa all you need is one sp1
But why worry about what rotation to use instead of just MM,MM into S1 and just spam basics till S2?
But imo, The notion that Scream is better is a product of newer champ hype.. Medusa is just far more effective and will gladly do a DPS challenge any time with her against Scream
Requiring more complicated gameplay doesn't make a Scream better, the payout just doesn't surpass what Medusa can do more fluidly
Scream has one thing Medusa doesn't have and that's the latest version of autoblock mitigation.. required for newer champs, but "required" is actually not imo.. I rarely fight Arcade, for example, with a "counter", etc.
Scream don't even have reliable undermine like vox it only last for 5 secs and it's quite tough to maintain. Scream's damage output is slightly better than medusa but the difference is negligible for bg level matchups. Although scream counters zola better than dusa.
Medusa’s a better defender.
She also has more consistent offensive utility- evade and autoblock counter and vs Scream’s autoblock counter and evade counter only against spiderverse champs.
Plus Medusa does more damage (I haven’t seen Scream ever do a ROL fight in under 20 seconds),
All with an easier and flexible rotation.
I personally find myself using Medusa a lot more than Scream, even though I got both at r3, and it has been a long time since I decided to draft scream in BGs.
But Medusa is easily a better defender. Without autoblock counter or neutralize, you can’t stop her autoblock. Scream can be taken by anyone so long as you don’t let her trigger the autoblock via heavy. Also, Scream’s damage comes from the SP2 burst, so getting punished by her will not hit anywhere near as hard as Medusa, who will mess you up if she gets a combo in.
Does Scream need a specific piece of utility to beat her comfortably? No. You can do a whole fight and never see her Autoblock.
Does Medusa? Yes. Without neutralize or autoblock counter, Medusa WILL parry you and WILL hit you very, very hard.

It’s from a Sweadah video. Pretty easy to find considering how people actually use Medusa on AW defense, unlike Scream.
Scream takes Peni and Arcade where Medusa can't, and Medusa takes Bullseye and Sentinel where Scream can't, but for all their overlapping defenders, Medusa does them faster.
And Medusa is a better defender by a mile. No counter, you lose. No counter to Scream really doesn't mean anything.
I can’t validate those matchup claims, but I do know Medusa does RedSkull in 28s (Trappy) while Scream took 38s (MSD) in CCP tests, so that one’s wrong.
