Change Password

With this new set up I can't figure out how to change my Kabam password now. How can I do that?

@Kabam Miike can we possibly have this looked into, as it is a security threat if we're unable to manually change our in-game password as easily as we were able to prior, with the old forums.
Here are the steps to reset your password. You will have to do this in-game!
1. On the Home screen, tap the Gear icon in the upper left corner
2. You will see "LOG IN OPTIONS", tap that
3. If you are signed in with your Kabam ID, you will need to log out. Then tap Sign In With Kabam
4. Tap Forgot Password?
5. Enter your registered email
6. You will then get a reset password code emailed directly to you!
After checking your email, if you do not find the code, please also check your Spam folder. Occasionally, an ISP may accidentally filter messages like this as spam.
If for any reason this doesn't work, you will need to contact support for further assistance! Hope this resolved your questions

So, it does need be done in-game! Sorry about that! Also, as far as your next question, are you meaning how do you tag people? You can just put the @ symbol in front of their name like I did with yours!

Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.

The tag should work! for example, you need to start it with ”@Kabam” without spaces, then select from the list that will pop up. There are some differences with the mobile version of the forums and the full browser version, so if this isn’t working on mobile it certainly should be on a computer browser. Let me know if you figure it out
