Goodbye MCoC

Emilia90Emilia90 Member Posts: 4,043 ★★★★★
Had lots of fun playing and I’m pretty happy with my account. Was planning on taking Spider-Woman to r4 after radiance drops this Friday but I decided to just r4 her in my heart today, y’all should definitely invest in her :)

Ik some people don’t care for posts like this and that’s cool, just felt like I had to make one after playing for so long.

Gonna have to spread the Hood and Adam agenda one last time, they’re probably my favorite investments in the game and they’ve both won me so many matchups so if y’all get them I definitely recommend r4 (and r6 whenever that comes along). Glad I was able to get Hood to sig 200 too

Hope y’all have fun with the game despite Kabam tripping up sometimes, wishing everyone the best of luck with their crystal pulls and everything else

Any criticism kabam gets for wof and how they're locking champion releases are completely justified so I have no idea what you're trying to say
What does it have to do with OP, who didn't mention anything negetive on thier retiring post.
No clue what kind of criticism are you trying to convey on a goodbye post.

I think its a feeling shared by many or some are on the fence hoping for that 1 thing that will change their minds.
Best wishes, was good to have input and criticism that made sense in the forums

    100%

I feel like I'm on the edge of that fence myself. It's been a good decade or so.

    Goodbye OP <3

OP didn't have to say anything; it's obvious this is why they quit.
I mean, why do you think Jon Jones retired from the UFC?
It was clearly because of Wheel of Fate and how Kabam is locking champion releases.

I don't think any veteran player would quit over some event that is totally skippable, it's more likely cuz of something happening in her life rather than something happening in game.

And are we still riding the "wheel of fate bad" train? Wheel of fate is quite well designed, obviously have flaws unlike epoch or necro, only issue is the lack of low tier rewards (mainly sigs exp low tier cats etc).

Tap on thier profile and look at the their posts. See if you can back up critiquing wof propaganda.
They just retired. People retire all the time. It's their choice. Its always good to see people quit mcoc. Many things out there to live for.

Yeah I was agreeing with you.
OP didn't say anything about WoF.
It's like saying that Jon Jones retired because of WoF.
Obviously it had nothing to do with it....

We are all critiquing today I guess.
Might as well vent out once again how I hate all the whale locked normal champs. Not the Trophy champs, but our beloved old normal champs.
-Completely fine and support whale locking champs like Luma, darkphoeninx, Jessica, wx.

So well designed that rewards are bad, their distribution is bad, some fights don't have good counters and are just tedious, some are a bit too restrictive but this criticism can be ignored if the target audience succesfully engaged with the content. If this is still all "quite well designed" then I don't know what to tell you.

Also wish the best of luck to you Emilia on your future endeavors, I'm sure that you'll be better off. A sad day for the community but a wonderful one for you!

All criticism has a place. And it has been acknowledged by the team on many occasions.
I myself, who was not on the rewards are bad train at first, realized, Yes, it's missing basic endamge rewards requirements. Difficulty and restrictiveness was not my list.

Of all the places, this thread is not a place to bring the topic of wof. OP enjoyed wof. That makes all wof criticism invalid on this post.
They are just retiring and said their goodbyes.
