Still Permanently Banned

Received a permanent ban, did not break TOS, did not install an apk I downloaded it from the play store. My tickets are being ignored, I just want my account back. Please Kabam.

And yes, permanent ban means I broke TOS before, I did. I cheated back in 2020 January and got banned for 30 days but I've been clean ever since. Kabam you can check my account, you know I'm clean, please unban me.

The account is tied to this email via Kabam login, not a Google account.

Its not that your ticket is being ignored its because all the cheaters faining innocence is overwhelming them so you just have to be patient and keep asking support for an update

Like older devices that don't support the latest Android version, but somehow have been able to download that Android version (piecemeal or APK, is that possible for the OS itself or just apps afterward ?).
Such that the Verification system gets tripped up, which results in misidentifying MCOC as not legally downloaded properly ??

Or the older versions themselves don't support the newer verification ?

Email support and ask specifically to talk to Chris, their manager.

The rest of them just speak in templates and scripts, AI could do their jobs to be honest, but Chris will actually make an effort to write responses and converse like an actual person.

I would encourage everyone who has a problem to do the same.

Banned players should know why they are banned, maybe their android OS is modified

The integrity test should be working fine by now so if you are banned, it means you failed the integrity test for whatever reason

I have the OnePlus13 (Global Version) with Oxygen OS15 and I think that uses the latest available android OS (15 I think).

Also sorry for the late reply to everyone commenting, I just got married so haven't really been paying attention to my phone that much.

If the ban was temporary 7 days, then it should be over for you.
(OP here had said 30 days for them and acknowledged they had also cheated once before. As for latest above responder, don’t think they had said how long theirs was for ?)

If you were in the part of the banned group that was because of a faulty verification system, then you would have already had that temporary ban removed back during that time.

If it was 7 days, it is over anyways.

If you are still banned, then it must have been a more serious, or repeat, infraction.

The ban I received back in January of 2020 was a 30 day ban, so yeah a second TOS offense would result in a permanent ban for sure.

That's what I'm trying to appeal, because the security softwares permanent ban is not being reversed. I know it's pretty much impossible to believe a random stranger on the internet saying he didn't cheat when the game has a cheater issue. And yes since I cheated before it's hard to trust me even more.

But despite that I am just asking for one chance for someone in Kabam to just look into my account, I've been clean ever since the first ban in 2020. There is literally nothing suspicious to find, I did everything myself and worked really hard to get good. I'm a loyal fan, I watch all the streams and keep up with most youtubers. I spend money on the game aswell because the game is worth it for me.

You don't have to believe my words, just asking for someone other than an AI (that made the mistake) to check my account out.

Nope, another automated reply and my past few tickets have been automatically marked as solved without anyone reaching back to me.

It was around the time cavalier progression came out, I did not have the roster to take on 6.1 so I used a cheat to get to cavalier and went a bit overboard and did some of the variants aswell to get some 5 star rank up gems. Got banned within a day I think, maybe two.

Well I never really cared about rating so I don't remember but these are the things I accomplished:

1. Act 8 Fully explored
2. Act 9 fully explored (9.1 and 9.2)
3. Epoch of Pain fully explored
4. Reached glad circuit a few times (don't really play battlegrounds after I reach glad circuit)
5. 2x 7 star Rank 4 champs; Bullseye and a sig 200 prowler (my favourite champ)
6. A bunch of rank 3's
7. Have a Platpool
8. Not really an accomplishment but I was invited for 9.3 beta test which felt good.

Never did any of the Everest content except for Epoch and probably never would've. Was preparing for the updated gauntlet though after they gave that 2023 selector and I got my first ever onslaught.
