The game is getting way too confusing and overloaded

So this discussion has been going on for years now, and I feel it's getting worse every single year. A lot worse...
There is a ton of things to keep up with in the game. 2 new champs a month that keep getting more and more complicated to understand, way too many currencies, Sagas with their own currency that required me to create an Excel Sheet to keep track of how many Research Grants I already have from which source, the same with the Shatter Essences etc...

And now we have the Summer Fest that, as far as I know, wasn't even properly announced? It just sort of appeared and I have no clue on how many points you will be able to get from which source in total? What do I have to play, what is fine to miss?

Then there is the Fantastic Force Recruitment with its just awkward Rewards System. The Clash ones are easy to understand of course, but the Recruitment ones? I got 2 points in there, but... why? It ends in 14 days and you are able to reach 135 apparently? And you unlock them with your weekly rank, so these are sort of ranked rewards, while other ranked rewards for this quest literally exist at the same time???

There is way too much going on in the game right now, and the things that are going on are also getting increasingly complicated. I know people will come in here and say "You don't have to play everything", but I literally already am not. I do BG only until I hit GC, no AW, only relaxed AQ and never do Incursions unless they are required for the Saga champ. But even the Singleplayer-Only stuff is just way too much to keep track of at the moment. What are your thoughts?

    I think it's how you approach this game

    First of all you must understand what's your objective in this game

    For me, I just play this game like pokemon and collect as many champions as I can, it's ok if I can't get every single champion cos it's a journey

    I have 1400+ champions, 8 million account, I don't have to do every content out there if I don't want to

    You have to think in terms of the players who have literally completed every piece of content possible. All endgame content. They have nothing to do other than wheel of fate, BGs, monthly, and the new mode. And most prob don’t want to do wheel of fate bc it’s terrible.

    If you’re truly one of those players then you shouldn’t struggle to keep up at all. All you have to do is the monthly stuff (can literally be done within first few days of release), BGs, and the fantastic force mode…

    No, I read it. Just seemed like a whole lot of complaining about positive things they’re trying out. New game mode is sweet - I hope they even keep it - who doesn’t love poker. If this was a post pertaining all the bugs and things that have gone WRONG recently, I’d sympathize

    WoF, Valiant EQ, BG, Incursions, war showcase, monthly raids, war, gambling mode.

    Game is loaded everything at once this time, what's funny is every single one of them is buggy or slop.

    Valaint EQ, random format change?
    BG, WORST meta that got reintroduced for some reason.
    Incursions, every page has incursions bug problem.
    War showcase, only workable thing because Kabam didn't tried to break/change the thing which was working perfectly.
    Raids, every week new bug.
    War, 1 fight format was great, would be so great in this tight month.
    Gambling, it's fun for 7 day event, whole month is 🦥

    Yeah I agree here. Bugs and content changes and bad content I can’t get behind. But as far as struggling to keep up as an endgame player (persay it wasn’t bugged and you took away WOF) and having too much content to do, I don’t see the issue - seeing as they can mitigate listening to the player base and making sure things aren’t bugged or making unnecessary changes

    Positive? We got a massive Event for 2 months without any form of announcement, that features yet another new currency that you can get from half the game modes in the game. But how many you can get from which? What is the amount you can miss out on?

    And again, we have ranked rewards in this months SQ... that unlock the ranked rewards?

    Half of the things they are trying don't make any sense at all, and they are trying something new quite literally every week right now, in addition to the absurd amount of content we already have. Yeah, it is way too much right now.

    The timing of releasing stuff is also dumb because everbody has vacation so they go on vacation or doing other things then play mcoc. As i said earlier kabam is the touch with the players completely lost

    Summer time is always when the game has the most going on besides banquet/holidays. Because most people aren't in school or at work as much therefore have the time to actually play. If ya choose vacation, well why you worrying about a game then anyways?

    Agree with the comments, I’m quite similar to how you play the game. I have no FOMO and ok with new modes introduced but still prefer short time to rewards format like the old Side Quest. As a side note, to relieve the ‘good old days’ I recently attempted Variant the one which gave Sentinal a boost. Unable to do it in the past as I did not have a high ranked Sentinal. It was really fun
