Recommend an approach to get through Saga Incursions

I feel like my roster is never in sync with Saga incursions, but this time I'm struggling more than usual. What's my best option here? I've tried Red Skull/Zola/Rintrah with Armor Burst and Defensive Cascade, but with Red Skull unawakened I'm mostly just helping the defenders get to SP2 and SP3.

Any recommendations?

Fam, swoman and doom/rintra/smbd else
Try to get regen boss hack, second chance, buff corn if it's there (I never get it lately), armor hacks should work well for fam, I guess. For small hacks power stings should work great for a swoman. Zola in particular seems to be a very bad pick for incursions to me, you usually want to bring simple and versatile champs imo (never really use mine though, may be wrong on him)

Do you have Angela as a 6* at all?

But red skull shouldn't be letting people get to sp3 or even really sp2. Don't forget, if that's your biggest problem, his sp3 drains all their power.

Spider woman did it for me, with all those power sting hacks and goodies

For me
Saga 1 to 8 Angela then 9 to 15 red skull
Best hacks
Choose in sector 1. Defensive Cascade, Buff Cronocopia.
Choose in sector 4 (it's related to armor up)
Small hacks
Increased potency of stun, armor ups, fury
There's also one hack probably in sector 9 or 10 which prevents you from knocking out, choose this as well it'll save revives

I have a 6* Angela at R3. I could get her to R4, but that might put me in a tough spot in other parts of the game. I don't see myself using 6* Angela for much besides this.

The thing with Red Skull and Defensive Cascade is that once you trigger it, their power climbs pretty quickly while in stun. I guess if he was awakened I could do an extended stun and then charge my power with heavy, but no such luck. I actually never noticed that his SP3 drains power--good to know!

Honestly, you'll be using Angela a lot, so I would say invest in her besides just this saga. My 5* Angela was able to do a carry (which means dealing with 3% degen per second on bosses).

If you don't want to go that route, then I'd suggest focusing on Red Skull and Jessica depending on the hacks. I would also argue that, no matter what anyone says, on the second node in zone 1, where you can see if any hack, select second chance. Since you are struggling, you are mostly likey going to die. This will be a lifesaver. I would suggest defensive cascade for the first hack.

If you get hacks that synergize well Jessica after that, build around her (power stings, debuff increased, attack increase based on debuff). If hacks appear that synergize around armors and buffs, go with Red Skull more. You could also do the longer route and pay every hack that appears and we could help you choose which is best (though discord might be better for that as it's more real time).

Jess — then add the one that gives fury when non-damaging debuffs expire. Then you want toxic siphon because you’ll heal up every time you do damage if the opponent has a non-damaging debuff on them. I much prefer it to second chance because you’re healing constantly, not just when you get killed for real.

Of course you could also try to get toxic siphon AND second chance.

I see two good options. Either you get a bunch of power sting hacks and buff cornucopia for spider woman or go the armor direction with red skull (getting toxic armor, the one that gives prowess for each armor you have, and maybe also buff cornucopia).

I did my run with r2 SW. Didnt had resources at that time to rankup. Item less.
Tide of combat, second chances
Got toxic siphon later and don't remember the rest.
Get fury and combat power hacks.
She can take many skill champs without problems.

R3 nefaria did like 3-4 fights and
Redskull just sat their on the sidelines,

Spider woman with Toxic syphon did 99% of the fights for me with no revives

I had no idea how awesome Spider-Woman could be in this incursions with the right boosts. I went strong with her last night but didn't make it all the way because I got cocky and didn't read the nodes for a boss fight, but I'm going to try her with a couple of synergies and we'll see how that goes.

Which boost do you use for her ? I recently got her and I will be curious to try her out . I see people recommending toxic siphon . Anything else
