When do we learn the winner of the Rework Vote?

Last week we got to vote on a champ to get reworked, Winter Soldier, Black Widow, Ghost Rider or Loki.
Since this time we don't have play to earn vote tickets and we all just got 1 vote right away, I assume we will have the answer by now as most players will have voted.
So is there any info on when we learn who will be getting the rework? I personally think today would be a great day to announce it!

The true answer: we don't know. Nothing has been announced.

The speculative answer: they could randomly post it on twitter in the upcoming weeks, or wait for the next livestream.

Either way, it stands to reason that we'd know before the Summoner's Fest event ends in a month, because one of the 'rewards' we achieved is *another* Summoner-voted champion rework and since it states voting to be announced after the fest ends, it's not the one we just had and I don't think they'd have any reason to string the result along and muddle it with another separate vote.

I would still like anyone from kabam don't know how to tag Rex and Crashed to confirm this so we can do theory crafting before we see the champs who will be in the voting?
