Valiant Statcast Relic Crystal Pity System Broken

I opened 60 valiant relic crystals and only got 1 7* relic, when it should have been three with the pity system. The one I got was not at an interval that would have awarded one from the pity system either. I’d greatly appreciate that getting fixed and those relics getting sent out since I spent money on it. Here’s pic evidence:

same here. 7* pity seems to reset when you get a 6*

I also noticed this. I opened enough thronebreaker relic crystals to get a guaranteed 7* and enough valiants to get 2 guaranteed 7*s and I dont have a single 7* relic.

yep, I opened 20 of 50 and no 7 star. To clarify for context this video only shows the reset and only shows I opened 16 of the crystals. The pics are after I opened 20 and backed out. Saving the rest until they fix this.

Looks like they took the pity system highlight screen down. Would be nice to get some sort of update on the plan. I bought the Valiant $29.99 US package and got 9 out of 10 5 stars. Would consider buying another if this gets fixed and I know I have

Should I have three of the same? I guess I don't understand statcasts nor this pity system. Sorry if it's a dumb question. I'd just like to know before I buy more, or if it's a bug, and the new forum layout has made it even more difficult to see if this has already been answered.

Each version of the same champ relic has different stats that are increased.

I am done now but I think everyone should get at least 1 7* relic crystals for every 20 crystals one has opened.

If you ask me I think if you opened more than 20 you should get 2, if more than 3 you get 3 and so on…

I'm not even sure how many I opened, so not really sure if I was supposed to get more than I did based on the "pity system" or not. 🥲

same here…i opened 50 crystals and got 1 7* (not within the first 20 crystals as advertised).

How is this not addressed? Real money was spent on this. It's advertised in the webstore as grace crystals. It's advertised as one thing and sold as something else.
