They have literally thousands of unanswered and unresolved complaints they have there game literally falling apart and there only focus seems to be money. They don’t care they upset people on the daily basis with lag disconection phone overheating and just general gameplay issues and this is wrong of them. This will only lead to people leaving the contest or playing it when they can be bothered not spending nothing and well your whales are not gonna whale forever. So I think it’s about time they took a step down sort out this junky contest for people on multiple devices and bring some actual quality gameplay back to the game people enjoy playing. Before you simply wind everyone up to the point where enough is enough and your game will sink. 10 year of misery for most summoners when your game misbehaves and when people are mad there not gonna give you nothing. Just saying. I won’t be like the guy in my meme I’ll attach I’m smart enough to know this is a complete waste of 10 mins of my life but hey it’s something you should definitely look at. I for 1 will cease my sigil unit daily ect till I see significant quality returned to gameplay. As like I stated above this is the outcome of upsetting players with random game errors respawning crucible champs disconnection in bgs causing loss disconection even when visiting store or that wierd error message and app closure follows usually by half health lost or match lost and when the summoner does no wrong and gets hammered with the above well they get upset and not everyone likes to tell you cause well everyone knows that’s a waste of time now isn’t it. Something you should also resolve. Informing people they have been heard and you plan to fix it is a step in the right direction as currently your not even capable of this. What business completely ignores its customers ? This one of course.
