red skull is annoying

hi, what the hell is it with red skull and hitting into his block. between the ai **** with us, can't hit into this ****'s block because the ai won't let him attack . so just stuck getting ****.
What's the point of block penetration if I'm we can't hit into his block.
**** this, I'm really annoyed with having to deal with red skull as a defender in any mode in the game.

This is definitely a skill issue. Also don't hit into Korgs, Red Guardian or DThanos block as well. There are a few more champs that you shouldn't hit into their blocks.
