It would be nice if we can get little more summoner fest points as compensation, i m short on 40k . If it happens i will forgive kabam for all the revives and resources i had lost because of bugs and servers.😂🤔

Expecting any type of response would be iffy at best during the week. Don't count on getting one in the weekend for what they would a consider non-critical game issue.

I'm not sure what compensation people are referring to. We've had a few recently.
Might be time to look for another gaming company to whiteknight since this one doesn't seem to be lasting for much longer. Or maybe go find another job where you wouldn't need to act like a dishonest creep with no self-respect all the time?

Thanks for the "concern", but the game and I aren't going anywhere.
I am curious… every time there is another issue… does the "cummulative compensation" conversation reset to account for the additional issues? It almost seems like you need to make it a time based thing… e.g. review all issues from 8/1-8/31 for a bit, a few days to load it, and give on say 9/15. Rinse, repeat every month. In the ideal world… there won't be any events worthy of compensation / very short. If there are… it ensures compensation is given in a manner that doesn't leave the summoners hanging, is something that project management can plan around, and doesn't lead to moving of the goal posts. Do I want to wait up to 6 weeks for the compensation… of course not… but predictability, transparency, and managability are important. Want to shorten these "sprints"… awesome, would love to wait less… but let's start with this, and try to improve from there.

In the comment you're referring to on page 2, Pinwheel said the subject of a comp was brought up with the Team - he didn't say one was coming, and even clarified that there's no news / nothing to discuss on that front at the moment.
So should we infer from this that it came up, was decided no, and everyone at Kabam has moved on from the topic?
Well, that's why I originally questioned it. It seems there may have been an assumption that a large package was in the works for overall issues, and nothing was eluded to, just that they discussed compensation at some time.

There was nothing to discuss on July 24th. Is there anything to discuss one month later? It would be nice for us to know if the issue is awaiting further discussion internally or if nothing will happen and we’re expected to forget this one.
I think that means nothing is coming at this time.

To be completely transparent I usually side with you guys and am pretty open to take a step back and listen to how you guys see things…but…as respectfully as I can say it…this is honestly a blatant slap in the face with all the issues from last month to this month - forums looking like this included - and the fact they were acknowledged and enough to even bring up the discussion…I’m a bit disappointed. Especially with where we’re at as a player base right now if you take a quick scroll through forums and discord reactions to every announcement.
At this point I will settle for an apology for making every aspect of the game dreadful.

No apology, work on rolling back buggy bs update of last few months and send us comp for your mishandling of the situation and give us a title based comp
And exactly what good is that going to do? They will send some devalued units, some pots a lot of people always have in overflow, some shards that a few will get a great pull and most will get a trash one... How does that solve any issues?
Its the equivalent of giving a kid a cookie so the kid gets distracted and quiet for a few mins.
