I sure hope not. It's difficult navigating these forums with things in their current state.

It's a headache just replying to a post when quoting.
Another problem when trying to edit comments.
Can't tell if mods have entered the chat.
Having to scroll through all comments already read before reaching new ones.

Game is obviously dying so its no big deal if forums are as well. Pinwheel already said that they can't fully revert it and I doubt much would change to make it less annoying. Just accept it and move on, extreme lack of communication is one of the many symptoms of a failing game. Sorry for your loss.

Also does Dork still work at Kabam or not, haven't heard of him in ages I think.

Kabam should just get rid of the forums and make Discord the focus. The website already exists so they can announce things there for those that don't want to download Discord. It's not like anyone is addicted to the forums...

Game still has to monetize Doom and Hercules in highest rarity, so it should be around at least a bit longer.

These forums though…just a mess. Once you read a thread you get bounced around on the start page, navigating is wonky and it’s just tough to find what you’re looking for.

I think Pinwheel said they don’t plan to kill the forums but this may be a close second. His most recent comments suggest an attempt to get back to a semblance of what they were but it seems not easy to do.

I'm glad they're trying to revert it. I guess it's just a waiting game now.

It is awful - I've been forumming regularly since about the year 2000 across multiple sites (sports, games, work, etc) and this is not it. A reversion even partially back to what it was would be great.

This is so ugly with the lack of color, and too small tiny reaction icons underneath the replies. And I can't find a way to jump to the last page of a thread without being forced to type in the number. We've upgraded to 25-year-old technology.

I do like the aesthetics tbh. Old one was a bit bland but easy to understand.

But it's way harder to navigate around this.

Extremely annoying bugged UI.

Replying and editing is a nightmare.

Can't navigate to devs comments.

Threads start at page 1.

New replies are not always correct.

Notifications (if anyone cares) are only visible via profile, who even goes there?.
