I just watched a Battlegrounds stream and I saw at least half a dozen Celestial players who don't have Torch or Dark Phoenix in their decks, so obviously skilled players can still make it to Celestial without these champs.

Who's BG streams are you watching chief, If you open Bero's last stream his first 3 opponents literally run DPhoenix + Torch or DPhoeniex + 7* Nico, Beroman himself runs Dphoenix + torch, and to those who he meet that didn't have them, they did try to build their accounts around in a way that they might stand a chance, but he still smoked them regardless lol, you can watch the entire stream and enlighten me what percentage of celestial players run ant HoF exclusive champ, torch or eaelt access Nico: spoilers all of them.

I didn't say they don't exist at all they're just the big minority. As it stands, the choices are to either never touch grass as f2p or spend.

Not like this meta is an RNG based nuke meta anyway. Not like we saw many players in celestial for the first time in previous nuke metas. Has nothing to do with the enormous advantage these champions grant but sure. Only natural to come up with arguments like "X player doesn't run them" when you lack basic scientific reasoning and are a waste of life subhuman, here just to serve a purpose.
