I agree totally except for perfect block. Perfectly Block maxed out is like basic Mastery 101. It helps out a LOT. Especially in those longer fights where you might be taking some block damage. And a very common master setup is having one point in Dexterity and 3 points in Parry. Also 3 points in the Mastery linked to Parry that doesn't lead to pacify that increases stun time. It can really help out playing with characters like Gwenpool and Hyperion and just gameplay in general. ๐ But yeah right now there no reason to have more than one point in Limber and there's NEVER a reason to put more than one point in Dexterity.
