September Clawback Account Suspension

Sound off if your account was suspended today in order for Kabam to claw back rewards, and especially when your suspension ends so the rest of us can get an idea of how long it takes

This is a complete and utterly disappointing from kabam they punish people who played their game which happens to have bugs all the time. The fact I cant do any content help in aq and aw in my alliance is extremely not fair, the fact I didn't receive any of these catalysts they are banging on about is beyond me. Firstly have a word game team who does the fixes or implements the new events as its their fault and should be dealt wid accordingly !!!!!

@Furrymoosen while I understand, I am more concerned about the time it will take.

Not being able to assist my alliance in AQ and AW in the upcoming hours that would result in a loss can hardly be compensated by some revive potions.

They high 5 each other for another day, and are hanging out together eating tofu dogs while planning other ways to ruin what once was a great game.

At this point if I was from Marvel I would pull their license for making them look bad.

Which is something Kabam needs to address. Their comp package is absolutely ****. They'll certainly have to send out another one next week when on the knock-on effects of their incompetence settle.

How about I go off about how much BS it is to get banned for proactively playing the game. I wasn’t trying to exploit. I didn’t even know there was an issue.

Maybe we just need to raise up an army to start harassing Marvel about them. Clearly Kabam isn't in the listening mood anymore. The only feedback they're interested in is that which helps them most effectively execute the plan they're unwilling to change. Maybe someone bigger needs to change it for them.

More than likely being merged because too many people feel an impulsive need to create a new post instead of reply to dozens of existing ones.

If you have players in your alliance that have been temp banned then they can’t join aq or aw so what about that? Seems like you guys as usual are only looking at half the problem the reason this stuff happens in the first place just add another stupid poker game that’ll fix everything and make people want to play more. So we all will be losing out ik the banees are losing more but they need to realize this hurts everyone and their comp is not enough definitely for the players banned

I got the same too. I 100% 1.1 and did 1 run in 1.2. But I don’t get why Kabam says we got extra rewards that wasn’t meant to be. I thought the adaptive quest is for elders not classic. I couldn’t play elders, coz it’s said we have to finish classic to play elders. So how did we got extra rewards? 🧐

As if someone cares for 2 extra revives,3 more refills,2 more 7 h crystal and few more aq,war refills

Even if the bann stay for more than a day or close this compensation is ******* mess
