Sound off if your account was suspended today in order for Kabam to claw back rewards, and especially when your suspension ends so the rest of us can get an idea of how long it takes

Same boat as everyone here. How is a player playing the game made to suffer for the bugged game? Loss of a lot of things, and if indeed I'm forced out for 6 plus days, unless compensation is beyond over the top, I don't know why I'd be inclined to want to keep playing. This is so wrong on so many levels.

Yeap I have been suspended for a week too for playing the new content as soon as it was released? what a joke this Kabam company really is!! the unparalleled ineptitude, the just appalling lack of imagination and mistreatment of Marvel´s IP….these guys should just get their Marvel license revoked not to keep damaging Marvel`s IP any further, I really don´t know why they are still allowed to let down so many Marvel fans over and over again, 10 years of trying and failing miserably, for every dollar in revenue the make for Marvel is preventing at least 10 dollars for being earned in Marvel/Disney other products. If I am not getting my account back by tomorrow I will quit the game altogether and move on to play and spend money on games that are more enjoyable, better managed and not becoming a source of stress. If there is someone who works for Marvel/Disney reading this, this is your chance to improve your company´s image by getting rid off these bunch of incompetents once and for all, make sure you let your boss know what is going on here and I am sure you will be reward for it. Much love to all of you sharing this message and see where it gets…lets start a revolution from our beds…😉✊

this is beyond unfair, what catalysts did we get that was unintentional cause I only did the first few chapters of classic which at most gave one t5cc, I’m a goddam valiant that might as well be a wet fart on my account! Now I can’t play for a week!!! What’s the logic in that!?

played 2 quests didn’t notice any bugs and didn’t do anything to hand a suspension just playing new content that they put out if it really is a week suspension then they have lost a loyal player and customer.

My account has been suspended for 6 days and 14 hours. I completed the first section twice. I did not complete any of the content completely, and I am being punished. Years and years of playing this game and some BS mistake from Kabam and I am being punished.

I baught both unit daily cards I have to log into claim, I baught the 75 unit a day deal and the 25 unit a day deal will I be compensated for that?

Finished chapter 1 (mutant) and was working on chapter 2 (Science). No idea if I collected any rewards. Don’t think I did. Now I’ll out for 6 days? That’s crazy.

This is just garbage. Yanking the rug out from under loyal players' feet because of their mistake. How much are you saving your organization at the expense of the goodwill of your player base?!! "Clawback" resources that your error put out there and the consequences can be long-lasting.

what I want to know is if they’re going to compensate summoner fest points. I’m about 3k shy of the 185k needed for the top milestone and extras. Counting on BG and Dailys to get there. Now I’m SOL for 6 days-ish? Surely they can do better 😑

I have no idea if I was getting “above my pay grade” rewards, I was mindlessly playing at lunch and about to start the third quest went everything went “dark”.

@Kabam Crashed is the timeline more of a placeholder or should we truly expect 6+ days?

for those curious what the “bug” was. I happened to notice when I was claiming the daily super event rewards that my t6cc pretty much doubled for every class.

I'm not a "we need compensation" usually, but being punished for not fault of own, deserves a much better package than scheduled to get... especially considering there was a 4.5k unit & radiance package given last time

I didn’t, but some of my alliance members received temp bans, this is probably the worst the game has ever been.
