If I have a Titan Crystal now but don't open it until December, does the pool stay the same?

Is Paragon needed for "I Love It When A Plan Comes Together - Threat Level 5?"
Hey y'all, I'm only seeing the I Love It When A Plan Comes Together solo objectives for threat levels 1-4. Is this because I am Thronebreaker? I want to get the Threat Level 5 rewards, as I am already planning on exploring all of Threat Level 5. I'm currently pushing Paragon, but don't think I could do it in time before…
