Arnim Zola / Titan Crystal not received by everyone

Hey guys

Guess there's already a post somewhere about this subject, but cant find it ... so here i am !

I got an in-game mail with a choice between Arnim Zola or a Titan crystal for compensation, but seems everyone in my alliance didnt get it (and are quite angry about it). Is there a reason behind that ? Is this something which is going to be solved ?

If you know there's already a post on the topic, how weren't you able to find it?

As far as the question goes - did everyone in your alliance open a Titan crystal during the period that would've made them eligible to receive the comp?

Did the people in your alliance that didn’t get it open a titan between last Tuesday and this Monday?

MrSakuragi : Yes it seems so, they opened a titan shortly before i got the mail (they didnt get the mail).

@FuryMoosen : i mean i "guess" there was a thread about it, cant imagine the pple in my alliance being the only ones impacted. As for the period you mentionned, and as i answered MrSakuragi, i think they did yea (even if i have no idea what is that period, how long does it go back ?), was it mentionned somewhere that if you opened a titan you wouldnt get the mail / compensation ?

The compensation was for anyone that opened a Titan crystal between it's reset on the 9th until 11am PST on the 15th. If they opened at least one titan during that period and didn't get the comp, then they should submit a ticket.
