Summary: I was so glad when I finally got the chance to change my email to my current one, since I lost access to my old address. Kabam added the option to change your email right in the game — no extra steps, just send a request and wait for it to be processed, without needing to know some secret info (like the account creation date) that I obviously didn’t remember as a kid.
But what do I see now? A week later, Kabam removed this feature. Just when I thought they finally did something right and was about to give them credit, it all went back to the usual disappointment. I really hope they give an explanation as to why they removed it, otherwise what was the point of introducing it in the first place? Would’ve been better if I just kept sitting here stuck with an email I don’t even have access to.
