Cumulative Comp Discussion

Is the cumulative comp for the issues back at the end of July still in discussion? Just didn’t want it to be glazed over and forgotten with all the mini outage comps.

Alright brother….it gets to a point. Comp has been in discussion since the end of July…it’s October. No matter how good it is at this point I don’t know that it would be enough for me to come back to playing the game in full swing. The new EQ and spiderwoman situation ruined that. You guys had a good thing with the old EQ - could’ve just made it THAT adaptive based on progression if you really wanted to keep that idea. Then there was the boss rush. Then the spiderwoman nerf - like where did that even come from? Then some of the slog ridiculous paths in 9.3. Then the energy crisis. We FINALLY caught a break with this months side quest, so kudos with that, but the damage is already done, and it’s time to try and mend that for the player base. If not, I hate to say it, but this could be the downfall of the game - like ACTUALLY this time. Whenever I scroll on YouTube I see a lot less content creation when I’m looking for things to watch. I can at least enjoy going back and doing old act exploration but then I run out of energy after 1 path and it doesn’t contribute enough to the daily super to give me the milestones to get the refill…so I miss it for the day.

Speaking of that, wasn’t there supposed to be an Act 6 reward buff!? That would be a start….

At this pont this compensation is going to be either a huge letdown (5 rev and 5 pot), or.... Yeah, after all this time, nothing feels "right"... Even if I get a titan nexus, it will sit until December. .

End game players have an overflow of revives with no content to use them on right now. I know that's my situation.

This comp package is mostly going to be for lower level players who struggle with EQ and even SQ.

If you're an end game player, I don't know why you'd be sitting around counting the minutes for this comp. At this point you're either grinding arena for CW units and/or pushing BGs, or just chilling waiting for some epic October content to drop.

shoot I still am planning on finishing out my epoch runs (only endgame I haven’t done besides the entire deathless saga, necro, and wheel of fate). I have the roster and all the counters just tried to find time. The problem is the energy. I’m trying to also explore the rest of act 8 - I have like 3 little quests left, but after 1 path, I’m out of energy for the day

Who cares honestly, some people here seem to play this game to get compensation.

I want kabam to fix their game, fix the AI, fix the lag,.. what does a compensation package mean if the game keeps getting more miserable.

I’m so bloody sick of the AI, sick of the game lag at crucial moments (activating a special, parrying, defender activating special, activating striker) that I’ve lost so much health in EQ just because of these stupid game issues.

Frankly, I want compensation package, I need Kabam to get their s- together and fix the AI and lag.

well, looks like this finally came to fruition. So, thanks Kabam for finally rolling this out. While I’m still not sure that it’ll incentivize me to play more, it may help out a little. A bit confused as to why the dev diary only mentions connection issues in September though. This has been actively talked about and ongoing since July 24….which leads me to believe this comp may not be all it’s made up to be or include everything that it should…we shall see

Had me wondering as well which compensation is this covering as I thought that this 'cumulative' comp was acknowledged it would happen alongside another one due to issues that happened at the time?
