Not receiving Marvel Insider points

I follow the links on the in game message to Marvel Insider but there's no place to put in my gamertag. Maybe someone has a direct link or something? I haven't been able to get the points to work for the last few events. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

There is a good youtube video for it. I don’t remember who posted it though.

gonna ask the obvious, but...did you log in?
after you log in, go to the Activities tab --> Latest at Marvel --> click on the quest level you completed (beginner/normal/heroic) --> type in your IGN (case sensitive) and submit.

the points usually post to your account on the last day of the reward period (mid Nov in this case)

Just log into your insider account the points you accumulated will be posted there you earn more doing the activities,this go round is a 2* Blade for 30K points,you wont get it until Nov 17th.

I have not received my marvel insider points for the last 3 months. I completed all three beg, norm, and hero and should have thousands of points. I set up my account properly and my name is exact as in the game. What do I do?

If you're doing it on a hand held device it takes longer to load. Best to do it on a computer.

Why are we not receiving our insider points haven't been able to garner any rewards they offer because I have not received any points in about 4 months

I tried using my marvel insiders points and they never work, so i just stop caring
