How do I refund all my money?

Just curious. You want folks to buy champs and items then you change them later and wonder why folks do not buy champs and items.

If I buy a car because of its engine and other bells and whistles. Then you come to my driveway one night while I am sleeping and change the engine and other things affecting the car’s performance and other reasons I bought the car in the first place. I am then selling the car, suing you and never doing business with you again, and yet we allow this behavior in your digital video game over and over again.

How do I sell you back or refund everything you have sold me and then changed?

Your analogy is unfortunately unhelpful and irrelevant because buying a car gives you some degree of ownership. You don't have that in this game, and you agreed to not have that in this game. So Kabam has the right to make endlessly stupid decisions that impact you negatively and you have no legal recourse to respond with. All you can do is stop spending now.

@Furrymoosen and @BringPopcorn , do you folks lurk the forums just to attack people and their posts or opinions and make the community toxic or do you even try to understand other peoples opinions or perspectives. Can you even add any value to a sentence without attacking someone? If you have some need to put others down to make yourself feel better or to make a point you probably should seek assistance in your social behaviors. Just because you are on the internet and these forums aren’t properly moderated against your attacks doesn’t give a free pass to attack everyone who makes a post. Try being a human being even if it’s hard for you.

Whether you like, disagree or don’t understand the analogy. There’s a big difference in being smart and just being a smartass. Attacking someone’s logic doesn’t make you smarter it just makes you a jackass.

It's not an attack to say someone is incorrect and that you have a bad argument. Simple fact is that whatever money you've spent on this game is gone into the abyss and you have no option to get it back. In fact, any action you think you could take to get it back is more illegal that what you're accusing Kabam of doing. It's a simple statement of fact that you're screwed.

If you actually look at our posts and not get bent out of shape about the comments we left on yours, you'll see that we are after Kabam the same as anyone else, we just know where the line on what can be done is.

You can't do anything about the money you've spent, but you can do plenty about the money you choose not to spend moving forward.

And your analogy is still bad. When you purchase a car, you own the car and therefore you carry all rights of ownership (which are limited if you have a car payment). You have no rights of ownership with Kabam and that is stated clearly in the ToS that you agreed to. They have all the rights to do as they please when they please. But yes, that doesn't mean the decisions they are making with your investment are good ones.

Unrealistic arguments don't help move a constructive narrative forward. If we're going to get Kabam to change, we need to not take self-defeating paths to get there.

You posted that in your opinion someone else’s opinion is ‘unhelpful and irrelevant’ , instead of simply considering their perspective and making a reply. If you can’t see the as an attack , I can’t help you.

Of course, I understand how purchases work. I have been for 10years as a large spender. I buy out the entire store almost every event and have even bought the cyber store progressed and bought it again. I have plenty of money. If you don’t participate with your money in that way then you will obviously have a much different perspective, I can acknowledge that. You will have a different opinion and do not have to agree with mine. I am not asking anyone to agree.

If you don’t know, some refunds are possible and some can send your account negative in units as well. Litigation is also possible on purchased digital internet goods, so to assume that people that have spent thousands of dollars here can’t divert those funds somewhere else and have no recourse is just ignorant.

Truth is though, the thread was merely titled that way because that is the only thing that many folks will read. It’s broad reminder in its simplest form. Nerfs can and will cause refunds to be executed as well as curve future purchasing. It’s really not that deep, most won’t even read past the title.

The analogy was an off the cuff example, maybe it was mid, but that’s whatever. Shouldn’t warrant an attack.

I should be more literal, to be clear the whole post was a rhetorical question.

Point is there are plenty of SpiderWoman nerf threads already. So this is more a warning on revenue impact.

Fact is, you have zero legal recourse. Read the TOS. You don't own anything you spend money on in this game, period. The fact you think you have some kind of legal recourse is hilarious, let us know what your lawyer says. 🤣🤣🤣

I know how you feel. I feel angry and disappointed. Unfortunately we can’t get our money back. The best we can do is not to spend more money on the game and accept the truth. It’s their game. It’s a great game but has many flaws. Some day it will disappear and we’ll continue our lives. It’s just a game. There are more valuable things, activities in life.

Good luck on litigation. Asking to charge back all the money you spent and you got exactly what you bought, is fraud. You made a purchase after agreeing to the ToS which specifically states that they can make changes anytime you want. Also, you don't own your account. You have ZERO legal standing.

Charging purchases back without getting an approved refund while receiving the items you paid to get, is fraud. To take your analogy, if you charged back any payments made on that car because you didn't like a change the dealership made with in the confines of your contract, that's fraud.

Whether you read the ToS before playing the game or not, you agreed to it. But hey, maybe you'll be one of the hundreds who have claimed they're going to sue Kabam and maybe you'll be the one to do it. Let us know how it goes.
