I agree with this in principle. However, the severe shortage of T1A really should make you pick and choose who you rank up beyond even the trash tier. I have some I'd like to R3 but 5 T1A is a very steep price especially since there does not appear to be any plans to increase their availability.

Dont worry. Ive been around a while. Kabam will soon release the floodgates on level up items. The intro of 6 stars is the reason. Shame on anyone leveling a 4 star over a 5 star. Please delete your game if your leveling up 3 stars. Please call this number. 18003247789. Psych doctor can help you

I feel like he’s worth at least r3. Play around with him at r2 so you get a feel for his crazy damage, then decide for yourself

Unduped he's worth r3. if Duped i'll say r4 wouldn't be a bad choice

He’s going to be a Mephisto counter so hell yes he is. He’ll also have high Physical Resistance and Attack if you can build up enough heat charges. Plus poison immune is always useful
