As you can see from the picture above, a few players have had the luck of a double drop. Tad unfair here.

Seriously I am starting to feel bad, how can everything be bugged? They try to do something good and even that is messed up.

They should go on a mystic peyote journey or something to try to find a better way at this point...

Let's be honest, morale is in the dumpsters, so shutting down affected players to clawback is out of the question.

On the other hand, Kabam doesn't like giving us compensation to begin with because of the in game "economy."

I bet we get a "middle of the ground" approach, where Kabam just deletes this thread and ignores it ever happened.

I at least did pull HE from my one crystal, so I was happy about that.

Man, sad… I actually felt a little hope after I watched today’s livestream, like 'okay, maybe fewer mistakes now.' Opened the game mail, saw comp, got happy for 5 mins… then I hop on Line and see 4 dudes flaunting 3x comps each….Like bruh… no words, just disappointment.

If this many people have said they or their alliance received double or triple so quickly, on this specific post alone, then it stands to reason that significant portion of the player base got double comp. Do not believe them if they say it was only a handful. I agree, this feels bad. This will have to be corrected.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex hey man, sorry for the ping. I just wanted you to know that even though things get heated sometimes players care about you. I know it's been a hard month and this unfortunate situation happened just as it ended. I know it's Friday and you're trying to fix it before the weekend. Just take care of yourselves too... Things get rough out there I wouldn't want anyone from the team to be in a bad place mental health wise, nobody here would.

Just send out 1 or 2 more comp packages depending on how many everyone received. Would be a huge pro player move.

It'd be even more impactful if this was planned, but I doubt it.

Betting they don't make the most of the opportunity to make the playerbase happy, though. If they don't have the manpower to remove a classic EQ runthrough until "early" 2026 (Jan? May? what's early?) then they certainly don't have the manpower to figure this out quickly.

Some received 3 times the compensation. Richtheman also received it 3 times, but second and third compensation package had 1→2 Rank up gems, the relic crystal 6* version, instead of 7* etc.

Kabam needs to make it right for the player base.

I’m not saying what they do is easy, and I’m not saying I don’t appreciate the compensation package. I just don’t get how things go wrong with everything that’s done. It’s not only a “September thing” even. It’s been error-filled for months/years.

They really need to start firing employees at this point and start hiring more experienced tech people cause this is actually starting to take a sad turn, I'm not even mad anymore this genuinely feels like the lights are starting to go out by one like we're in the beginning of the end. And I feel bad for the guys in charge of anything community related cause they have to deal with all this ****.

Kabam, you need to wake tf up, we are way past personally attacking employees but what's it gonna take for you to realize there is handful of people that need to be replaced within your team? They're not doing a good job and the consequences have been here for months now. It's time to do what should've been done a while ago or we're going to be gettin ng comp package after comp package every damn month.

no clawbacks. They should figure out the maximum an account got and top everyone up to that amount. I don’t care if they have to work overtime with no pay. No one in the player base should suffer for this

Isn't this more likely to be a tech issue? If an employee pushed the comp through twice by accident we'd have all got it instead of only some.

So it's less a you need start firing people and more a you need to invest in upgraded and better tech for service the game.

Does that really fix anything though? Like Bringpopcorn said, the folks who already snagged 3x will just be swimming in even more. No matter how much Kabam throws out now, unless they can magically pull data on exactly who triple-dipped.
