1st Science CC to rank up?

I had no access to the beta but hear Rulk and LC got pretty good updates. So I’m not sure who to rank up if the buffs are that good.

You could always wait a week and then you will know. Neither you nor anyone voting here is giving you and informed opinion. If your t4cc are expiring tonight, then be safe and go red hulk since he is duped, or quake if you wanna save the extra t1alphas

Just wait and see how good the buffs are. Then you can make a good, informed decision

Rulk is gonna be very solid with the update. Check the video if u need to, but rulk is probably the best move. Don't do Luke Cage. The new improvements make him okay. Just. Okay.

Thanks for the votes and comments. I decided on Quake. I had expiring T4 that I wanted to use. CC and T1A are harder for me to come by. Not in a big alliance. Only had 3 science CC, 5 T1A. Didn’t wanna use all my T1A unless the buff to one of those 2 characters were great. Everyone in the beta should know because they kept them how they were in the beta. I know quake is a beast if you can play her (I can’t yet, getting better) but was hoping I’d have 5* that was finally worth rank 3 and up. All that I’ve read was their better but still not top tier science characters.
