No, the other one special daily tab. If it shows refreshing time that means you have already done the objectives

in your other post, you said you received a gun in game, that means you are already part of one side but you didn't receive any mail so probably you were infected. to confirm, check if you have any points in hunger realm events.

That means, you were infected and you will see those objectives pop up again when DSE refreshes. If you want to switch sides you will need to find someone to send you a cure. when someone send you a cure, you will receive 20 points as well as its mentioned in how to get points.

Yup. It's entirely possible to not earn any points at all and thus be ineligible for the event if someone doesn't manually send you a cure.

We've got a thread that's 150 comments deep of people's usernames just asking for a cure… and I'm willing to bet maybe only the first couple people on the first page got a cure from a random samaratin on the forums.

It's a shame that everyone (including me) will flock to the cure side as its miles in front and of course everyone will want to be on the side with the most rewards because the pfps on the hunger side are way cooler.
