The removal of battle casts from the game

It's quite clear to everybody how much kabam is trying to push statcasts in the game . I personally don't like them but that's altogether a different issue, but what I don't like is how battlecasts are probably going to be forgotten. Kabam were able to buff the glory store quite well actually, so could you at least place 5 star and 6 star battlecasts in the game please to be purchased? Stat casts are available in the summoners sigil as NEXUSES so I don't see why not the same for battlecasts. If your going to push away battlecasts it'll at least be nice if theyre more accessible to players as nexuses. Thank you

If you don't have almost every battlecast relic in every rarity and duped already, you are not really a relic fan to begin with.

We absolutely need more statcast relic and shards, because most of us already have most battlecasts

Battlecasts are trash for the most part, there are very few champs who actually benefit massively from these so who cares honestly. Statcasts will do a lot more for us on the long run and so far every new batch has had an event to go along with them so you can pull some for free. Even then, BGs still gives a good amount of shards so if you are interested in battlecasts for whatever reason you can still get them pretty consistently

What's the difference between a battlecast and a statcast relic?

I took a break from the game when The Grandmaster was as far as you could go in story and I've just started playing again a few months ago.

Statcast is basically gear. Something the community made very clear we didnt want, so they wrapped it into a striker.

Statscast boosts champions' stats such as attack rating, special damage, crits rating… basically increasing numbers/%.

BattleCast provides champions more potency, increase in accuracy, outside kits debuffs(both damaging & non-damaging) from some champions & additional utilities.

Not at all, I have 20 6* battlecast relics, 18 duped, all at r2 and above.

23 5* relics. all 3 and 4* relics. We had like 2 years only them on the crystals, if you opened all those crystals you definitely will have atleast 18 6* relics, 20 5* relics (others irrelevant).

statcasts were implemented in such an anti player way. They seem to be designed exclusively with the intent of making defenders more punishing exactly the type of “fun” they target

@captain_rogers you still missing 4 6 star relics and I am Missing 6 battlecast relic as well just because the stupid game kept duping my captain America or thor relic so many times last month I was at 12 6 star relics luckily I got 6new but still it's not a guarantee I will dupe those new or get new relics from that battlecast relic shards

And I think battlecast is way more fun and better in many scenarios it actually do something instead of just boosting statcast like my guardian is insane powerful with my 6 star rank 3 hulkbuster relic so I feel I will have a better feelings for battlecast than statcast atm

Statcasts just seem overwhelmingly annoying because of the ridiculous amount of "same" that you can have… especially when RNG gives you 4 Punisher relics that are so close to the same, and 0 Bullseye relics, or 3 Superior Ironman relics and 0 Hulkling.

It's all just a sort of cluttered mess.

There are definitely a few Battlecasts that I've heard are quite good, like Hulkbuster, Hulk, Thor and Venom are some of them. My understanding on the Statcasts is that the ones that increase crit chance are good for attack, but most of them have little purpose other than to be used on defense in competitive modes.

Until last week I didn't have Domino at a higher rarity than 4* so I guess that too was my fault? In a game where the acquisition of most stuff is completely out of players' hands?

Definitely throw Spider-Man 2099 in there. A nice little bump in utility that isn’t broken but adds a little more to the champion’s kit, which is exactly what I feel like relics should do.
