Don't even tell me that the titan pull rates are not modified or rigged.
I pulled at least 10+titans plus two titan nexus in the game starting from the very first day the new batch came live,I have not gotten one ,not even a single one of the 8 new champions,I haven't even got spider woman from the last batch,so that makes it 9 new champions.Yet all of the 10+ Titan crystals are ALL dupes ,I even got the same champion 6 times .This is entirely impossible to happen without modified pull rates.
When people say this ain't real,cuz content creators get new and good stuff all the time.Of course ,they pay a ridiculous amount of money,the rates are definitely modified to their favour.
Even if you only count the first 10 titan pulls of those content creators,so it will be same as mine,you would get a result so different than mine too.At least 10 titan crystals and a nexus with all dupes is just impossible ,the rates are beyond low for getting this result,I am already scared to open more titans ,cuz I know it will be dupes but I cannot stop opening them just for the slim chance of getting a new champion for the sake of bg and adapting to the current meta.I have to face off with people having rosters with the exact champions I don't have at rank 4s.
So : I pull a hard earned titan crystal(not from bg)-->titans are rigged -->no good champion to rank up --->never win in bg or competitive modes--->no shards ,no rank up materials whatsoever
Is there even a single other player who suffer the same fate as me?plz let me know

Why would kabam specifically rig your account to get bad titans pulls. What's so dangerous about you to their game that they would need to single you out?

By the by, this titan batch I got everyone I wanted from the new pool from 18 crystals but the batch before I got none of the new champs from 10. Rng be doing rng things.

They don’t show drop rates. Apparently, some governmental agency told them to post drop rates long ago. And they momentarily obeyed.

But when I asked Kabam to tell me what agency it was, they banned my support account.

Either way,

The newest champs are the most seldom, the previous newly released champs are next, and the so on.

And worst off, Butte The Dirtbag, appears the most.

They are not rigged. You get an equal chance at any Champ, unless otherwise indicated by the Drop Rates. Ergo, the newest/best Champs aren't less frequent than the older ones.

In the case of a Titan, there are not greater chances at older Champs, aside from the fact that there are less of them.

Those Drop Rates were shared at the request of the platforms, not a government agency or law. Kabam obliged to honor their relationship with their partners. Which, when shared, lined up with the findings of people like @DNA3000, who were compiling results of their PHC pulls, and other Crystals.

There are no hidden rates. That would be a breech of contract, among other things. No great conspiracy here. RNG.

Usually I don't bother correcting these kinds of ramblings, but its been a while as crystal conspiracies have gotten increasingly fringy cringy, so sure, why not.

No "government agency" told Kabam to post drop rates of anything. There is a specific clause in the Apple developer's agreement - which incidentally is an agreement between Apple and its individual developers, not a promise to game players - that requires them to post the odds of lootboxes which are purchaseable by players. This is something that has generally been interpreted by most game developers, including Kabam, as only applying to crystals that can be directly purchased by cash, and generally only to the degree that there are specific rarity differences (they are not required to post the individual drop rates of individual champions in a crystal if they are all identical, for example). Because of this, Kabam shows the drop rates for such crystals in general, but not necessarily all crystals. There have been exceptions, which is something for Apple to enforce upon Kabam if they feel Kabam has not satisfied the requirement. I'm going to guess that when continuously pressed to name this non-existent regulatory body, support closed the ticket as a crank.
Kabam has repeatedly stated that every champ in the Titan has an equal chance of appearing. Legally, Kabam can make the drop odds anything they want, but they cannot deliberately lie about it. Doing so would unnecessarily expose them to legal action. If they were deliberately skewing crystal odds, they would remain silent about it. Even if the developers wanted to lie about it, their legal department would not allow them to do it. This is the same legal department that is so cautious about legal action, they implemented policy to disallow Kabam from publicizing account bans or other disciplinary actions since the beginning of time.
Aside from generally vague anecdotes, actual measurements of crystals like the featured crystal and the Titan crystal show no signs of any sort of odds skewing.

For reference, here's the results of my Titan bulk opening on September 9th, when the pool rolled over:

Of those champs, the ones recently added to the pool were Zemo, Karolina Dean, High Evo, and Nico. Not counting the Nexus crystals (because I did not record the other options, so I can't properly judge the odds of appearance) that's three of nine basic Titans being from the recently added batch. Pretty much exactly what you would expect.

Of course, I've had openings with long stretches without pulling newer champs, and also stretches of pulling them back to back to back. That's to be expected for a completely random draw. More significantly, for a few cycles now my strategy for Titans has been to save them up until the pool rotates, then open until I have all the champs that will be removed in the next rotation then start saving again. That way, I am maximizing my odds of getting new champs. This strategy is not optimized to pull the latest champs, it is optimized to not pull too many dups. And yet, I still have a lot of the latest champs. If the odds were skewed as mentioned, with the latest ones having the worst odds, my Titan strategy would heavily penalize me against getting the newest champs, because they would tend to appear mostly when they've been in the crystal pool for a while, not immediately upon entering the pool. And yet historically, that has not been the case for me across a very long period of time.

It is also worth noting that there are mega whales out there that open a lot of Titans that would notice any significant skew in the crystal odds both in favor of or against the most recent pool additions. And anyone who thinks they would not speak up about such a thing really doesn't know our playerbase.

Basically, the same people "who just know" the crystals are rigged are the same people who just know the Earth is flat and contrails are G-23 Paxilon Hydrochlorate. They think they are the only sane people around, but every careful analysis of crystal openings has proven them wrong, time and time again. The burden of proof is on them to come up with a reason why anyone should believe them this time when they've been wrong every time.
