I still want to ask again: if I leave and then rejoin a new alliance, will I still have a chance to earn milestone rewards in the SYMBIOTE SECTOR BONUS EVENT? What should I do?

As long as you haven't done it yourself already, you should be eligible to earn all milestone rewards achieved AFTER you've joined the alliance. You will not be eligible for anything earned before you got there.

Additionally, you will not qualify for the milestone rewards that were already reached before you join the Alliance.
