Helping other players by forfeit, using lower star champs or lower effort (AFK) was at one time called "Santa-baging".
Kabam stated it was not against TOS.
So ... Santa is coming too town in October!
Ho ho ho
I used the same argument of "getting rewards that they don't deserve" before they changed it to a 2 coin 1 coin system and I was heavily opposed to it. Funny how your perspective of a competition changes after you get what you want.
The difference is they stopped using Solo Milestones and introduced Radiance and the rating degradation system, so there was less incentive to do it. Now the Rewards are more motivation to do it.
I know it's only one Season, so it's not a major problem. It's the principle I'm talking about.
So they will get some radiance... What is the big deal? People got compensation they didn't deserve for issues that didn't even affect them. Buddy of mine hasnt played in 2 months and got the 2 titan comp.… Then they should turn off the 2 coin system because rafiance was introduced. You can't advocate for fair rewards and fair competition when losing only punishes half way.
The Rewards aren't the bigger issue for me. I mean, of course I care about game balance, but I'm not put off by people getting them. It's really the adverse effects on the system that concern me more. In any case, it is what it is.
I get it; but the downside is an adverse result on the next season. Next season won't have an event and extra rewards attached so it probably won't matter for most.
I second this. Summoners are in a happy mood cause winning cures all…….
i think the people who usually complain about matchmaking are just auto piloting BGs and claiming the milestones.
So I finally face a Valiant account that was farming points. It was a Valiant account that started only 5 stars at Rank 1 in GC. So all these comments about farming didn't help me out since I played over 50 matches and only faced one account that was farming. How is this an issue if the odds of facing this farming accounts are such a small percentage. Why are we arguing against something that rarely happens. @GroundedWisdom is arguing against all to proctect the 1% farmers helping others out. This makes little sense to me.
