Incorrect purchase - please help !!!!

I purchased the awakening gem on the summoner bundles thinking it was a selector that you could choose the awakening gem of your choice , it wasnt , is there any way i can get my units back and you undo the purchase, had i know it was not a selector i would not have got it. It was a complete mistake. I got yondu also so please revoke that too. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.

If you use anything from the bundle you bought they won't reverse it so don't open the crystal.

Do not use any item from that selection.. contact kabam support.. if you use any of the items in that selection.. there is no return or exchange.. kabam could easily say the items are all shown in the selection.. if you misread or misinterpreted the offers, that is on you.

Fingers crossed that kabam allows the reversal of unit and the selection.. note: it might take a while before it happens.. so any rank up or placing sigs might make it hard.. so no movement of account is a better scenario.
