How are you going to fix the most recent mess up with the 7* basic

I saved for 7* basics. You told us the basic would update with the new titan. I opened 10 and not only got 0 of the new added champs ... not 1 was in the reel.

Same here. Opened a bunch looking for Okoye and she wasn’t even in there. Can’t believe the level of failure here. I want all my crystals back.

I opened 65 crystals. 975,000 shards. I had been saving for way longer than the announcement of the new champions because there was no one left in the base pool I wanted. I haven’t opened a 7* Crystal since May or earlier, I don’t even know how long. I rejoiced when they FINALLY announced a big basic pool update and had a goal end date for my 6+ (?) month hoard. All of that gone. Wasted. For nothing. This could be the single most infuriating thing I’ve ever experienced on this joke of a game if I don’t get every single Crystal back. This is ludicrous.

They cant give every crystal back without banning you and clawing back all of the sigs, shards, iso, and gold you got for opening the crystals

it’s not a matter if they can or not, they probably can and should. Remember the $50 deal people bought weeks ago? Those had 7* crystals that people most likely saved for today. Who cares if people get an additional # of crystals they originally opened

I opened 41 crystals and only saw a Zola out of the supposedly recently added champs. The only reason I saved this many was for the new champs. This is very disappointing, especially since I probably won’t be compensated based on quantity.

Huh? It doesn't matter where the crystals came from. They cant just give extra crystals out. If they give out extra crystals then it would need to be a set amount and sent to everyone. Not just those lucky enough to be impacted since they were able to get on in the short window this was happening

First thing kabam needs to do is hire new people to check on things before releasing them in game, I can't understand how this type of things still happen, like come on I can't believe they have no one to check on things before the official release in game and if there's someone then this person isn't good at their job lol

They need to send out selectors - the amount determined by how many you opened. Every 10-15 gets one? Something like that. And the everyone gets one so that those who didn’t open until later doesn’t feel like they lost.

not ideal, but not ideal started when a very basic thing was missed that everyone was waiting on.

yeah that’s the best feeling,..stopped spending entirely about 1 1/2 years ago and spent very little within past 3 years.

The game has been too predictably riddled with random issue (bugs/ AI) and careless mistakes to be worthy of any monetary investment.

Yeah this feels like kabam is backed into another corner of "damned if you do, damned if you don't."

Because a lot of people are going to feel entitled to having selectors, which is an incredibly valid feeling especially when you have people that opened 20, 30, 40, etc. But how does Kabam decide how much to send out and to who? And then you have people that only opened a few, who will then feel the weight of it being 'unfair' that some people were able to select specific champions if they weren't given the opportunity. Then you have the people that 'missed out' on all this hoopla because they were working or sleeping and are now mad that some people are going to get extra compensation for this, greatly modifying others accounts even more while they get nothing for it.

Nobody's gonna be happy with Kabam and I do not know how they're gonna make it right.

yeah there’s no good way out of this. If they give everyone the amount of 7 stars they opened as comp, then that means those people got 10, 20, some people 50 free 7 stars? That’s a TON of free resources, champs, sigs,titan shards, etc. if they don’t then those people got royally screwed over. I was working when the pool updated and I feel sorry for anyone who opened looking for the new champs, I really do. I will also feel super pissed off if I missed out on a bunch of free crystals because of kabams screw up! If they give a massive comp everyone who opened at launch won the crystal lottery. SMH

As well as 6 regular 7* basics I had saved my 7* epoch nexus crystal from wheel of fate rewards - will I get a replacement for it?

Simple solution: find out the highest amount of bugged 7* crystals someone opened today, and then send out that amount of crystals to everyone.
