No compensation will be enough, rollback is only solution

Opened 41 crystal, 2 nexus and 1x Epoch nexus. Been saving for months and months. I am not interested in compensation where they give us one 7* crystals or a selector like they did with Zola. To me, this seems like one of the bigger **** ups in recent time due to the hype it created and amount of shards saved across the players ranging from 150000-1200000 shards.

its the only genuinely 100% bulletproof solution to this issue. Theres nothing kabam can do that is satisfactory other than clawing everything back

Satisfactory is rarely achievable with a problem and unrealistic expectations.

I'm not saying people don't have a right to be upset, just that perfect solutions are rare. All things considered, they acted quick enough, and now they're looking at how to compensate. I've never seen a situation like this that results in total reversals. People still got Champs for what they rolled.

I believe they can give us selectors for Saga champs, 1 for Glorious and 1 for Rebirth. So 3x selectors crystals should be a good compensation

They create a system that has impossible defenders and then sell the solutions. Then they repeat the mistake of last titan crystal wasting summoners shards they have saved for months. This is crazy and feels deliberate at this point. How do you not test

If they rolled it back, it would be rolled back to a point where the champions weren’t added. They’d have to roll it back (give everyone their original crystals) and then immediately update the pool, all the while hoping somebody doesn’t open the crystals while they’re trying to update it

People who play carnival rigged games also get consolation prizes even though they are playing for the top prize.. People still got champs is a really weird way of looking at this.

There has been a situation in the past where they rolled back the server data 24 hs because they couldn't track people who used an awakening gem that was not supposed to be generic.

Best to opine for awesome compensation- cause rolling back everything at this point isn’t going to happen. And then start factoring in comp for people who didn’t open if you are opining for 1:1 additional crystals cause that’s all sorts of unfair as well.

it’s a mess, Kabam has there work cut out for them, but any clean fix would have had to happen immediately along with taking the game down. That ship has sailed

This particular mistake is pretty tough to defend, don’t you think?

There were two really important things happening in the game today, both of which were hyped up by Kabam themselves — especially the big additions of the champs to that basic.

Two important things and one of two was screwed up completely.

As someone who pulled a Lizard after only burning four titans, I don’t really want to see a server rollback. But given the scale of the mistake, nothing should be off the table — regardless of the amount of work required to implement a solution.

I don't even think you are seeing the seriousness of this situation. It's not just people didn't get the champs they wanted. Its sig ability levels of other champs as well, the prestige gain from it when they made prestige so valuable now.

This is not just a cry for not getting a new champ, if they don't roll it back people are keeping sig numbers, prestige for free.

Oh yeah gold and iso too and there is a drought on those...

But sometimes, what people want isn’t compensation. What people want sometimes is the opportunity to open the crystals with what they think is actually in it, and that matters in this particular game because you are trying your best to find counters to problems you face

It was done before years ago, War and AQ run on a different timer and server, which is why they were never able to adjust them when bugs happened and they ended up cancelling seasons.
