Kabam - when will you start taking action on BG Modders?

It seems the report button is not really working as Kabam don't rake any action unless it is reported by Youtubers. Even when I screenshoted and emailed them directly, they replied to use the report button. However, I observe those modders accounts. They are always there, never been banned.

Recently, more of them keep spawning like disease.I am wondering when Kabam will take action on BG modders seriously. It is such a waste of time to match them. When????? Probably too busy on the plan to milk the players for more revenue.

Pretty bad for the game experience.

How do you expect them to stop people from cheating before those people start cheating?

They could probably improve the other end of it since it seems some slip through the cracks from time to time, but they are banning players constantly. They also have to weed through a bunch of false reports from salty players or players that don't understand how things work, which only makes banning the cheaters harder.

They already cheated as you matched and reported then. The issue is the modders you reported have never been banned. As I said, I even screenshoted and emailed Kabam directly many times for many seasons but those accounts are still active, nothing happens.
