I understand and respect Kabam’s enforcement policies. I’m not disputing the decision itself, but I’m concerned that my permanent ban may have resulted from an unintended technical interaction on my device rather than deliberate misconduct.

I’m kindly asking if there is any appropriate channel for a **manual secondary review**, even if the outcome remains unchanged. I would appreciate confirmation that the action was not caused by a false positive.

If you truly did not use mods, then all you can do is submit a ticket to Kabam support. No one on the forum is going to review your account and resolve your issue.

And if you did use mods, then please understand that you are a plague on this game (and society as a whole probably).

Ah, so you know what you did was wrong, but you want to know how they know it was wrong so you can avoid detection next time. Cool beans.

They'll never give specific details and the odds of a false positive are incredibly slim. If you've already submitted a ticket and they already upheld the ban, then they've confirmed what they banned you for.

Nobody has made an accusations of cheating. You're being shady and seem to have less than good motives in your approach to this, but nobody is accusing you of cheating. And we don't have to, because you've been permabanned, so we can just assume it.

If you were innocent, Kabam would've lifted the ban.

We had one post one incredible score, the rest were below average. Claimed the fight was not timed and he just kept going. I have no idea the truths but it would seem very odd for him to risk his long term, large account for something that had nothing worth gaining.

This is wild. As far as I know unless you can prove you didn't cheat there is no revision. They did their due diligence and banned you. Your account was caught hacking. To try and get the best rewards at the expense of other legit players time, effort and skill. And now you want sympathy and for kabam to spend literal money to review your case yet you won't say what it was? That's wild. If it was some weird interaction that didn't have neferous interaction why not share it here? What are you talking about? It would have to be innocuous enough to share if you really think there is a shot of getting the BAN reversed. But you're not sharing what it is which makes it seem more guilty, and also no shame for what you did trying to get more out of it or sneak your way back in.

I have manually reviewed your case. You cheated, you know you cheated, and your ban will not be overturned.

If you stop using a modified client and start a new account you should be good to start over so long as you don't repeat the same mistake.

To clarify one last time:

At this point, the system refers to Arena. In Arena, I only completed the milestones.

I did not play Necropoll or any other high-difficulty content. Because of that, I did not collect extra or high-tier rewards.

This is the full extent of my activity. I believe this clarifies the situation, and I have nothing further to add.
