Claim option not available for Alliance Banquet Rewards

I am in the same alliance for many years and not a newly joined, even though I reached the milestones, I didn't get the Alliance Banquet rewards.

can someone explain what is the issue here or am I missing something

Someone from kabam @Kabam Miike , please help me on this issue

Note : this is the first time I am trying for banquet event rewards

Your alliance hasn’t yet contributed enough as a whole to unlock those milestones

Also, looks like you have contributed 65% of your alliance’s points by yourself. You won’t reach very high unless others get involved.

So my alliance is not active for long time, Now I have removed all the inactive players

Is there a chance to get the rewards now ?

You have to open 272k points worth of sbc to earn em all. 1 man show. Unless whoever is left in your alliance contributes.

NO, any new joining people now will NOT be able to contribute to your Ally Event.

They would have needed to be in alliance PRIOR to the event starting.

But yours, and any of the other people you have kept in alliance from before event, can still contribute and try to reach higher ALLY-Points milestones.

(at least you still get all your Realm and Solo ones you qualify for just based on your own points).
