Incorrect banquet points?

Ive bought and opened 15 SBCs giving me the guaranteed jubilee crystal. Each crystal bought and opened is 400 points combined. By this i should have minimum 6000 event points to my understanding as i have also opened some of the other smaller crystals and free crystals received from rewards. I however only have 4900 points and so am unsure if i have understood the points wrong or have been given an incorrect amount. Anyone had the same issue or know how it works if i have perceived it incorrectly?

If you've bought 15 SBCs you should have AT LEAST 6000 points. Id be putting in a help ticket if I were you!

is that 4900 pts just in the ALLY EVENT ? Or in all 3 events (Realm and Solo too) ?
If just toward Ally points, you probably did some of them before reaching your required 14 days with your new Ally.

Only points done after 14 days count toward Ally event points.

If you BOUGHT all 15, then your points are off and submit a ticket. However, if some weren't bought but we're from elsewhere (big things AW, etc) and weren't bought with units/money, those give less points.
