Battlegrounds consistently seems to know just when to throw your match into the dumpster. I’ve noticed this over many seasons, thought it was just a bug that was going to get fixed. Now I’m starting to wonder if it’s a deliberately engineered sabotage mechanism?
It particularly happens when you win a match with 90% health or more, against an opponent that the AI probably predicted you were supposed to lose to. It also tends to happen in a setting where the score is 1-1 for each player.
I cannot emphasize enough on how peculiar this “unknown error” thing feels. It is such a dirty gimmick and it’s shaming the integrity of the contest itself.
I am unaware if
@Kabam is aware of this issue. I am almost certain that I am not the only one who’s been plagued by this glitch.
I am wondering though, if the game team was aware of this, why has nothing been done about it as of yet, or why is in not being addressed with utmost urgency?
If a mode is not working correctly, why are players still being subjected to being cheated in that instance? Shouldn’t the priority be to shut that mode down until the “errors” are corrected?
The contest promotes fairness in gameplay, but to allow such things like this “unknown error” to persist in one of your most prominent game modes is a bit baffling, to say the least.
You can take this post as merely a bitter player rambling on, ignoring my distress...
You can also take this seriously, from someone who’s been playing this game since the beginning. Someone who is genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of the game, invested countless hours into the game, and is seriously worried about the integrity of the contest.
Actions say a lot, inaction says a lot, too!
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
